At Blueage, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion finds. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your Blueage account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization.
Pack Your Items
Place the unworn items with original tags attached into the original packaging to ensure they remain protected during transit.
Label and Ship
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your account to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
